We are taking you and our team’s health seriously
Along with many Australians, we are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation closely and following the advice from Government. We are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our clients.
Our staff, both reception and practitioners, are taking extra measures to ensure we are all doing our part in preventing or slowing the spread of Coronavirus. In addition to our usual high standards of cleaning, these measures include:
- Disinfectant and wipe down of treatment surfaces after each customer interaction.
- Thorough cleaning of all high touch areas with high grade disinfectant, including reception surfaces, door handles and treatment areas.
- Availability of hand sanitiser at reception and in our treatment rooms for your use while visiting the clinic.
- Introduced signage encouraging good hand hygiene and best practice in regards to minimising spread of the virus.
- Staggering appointment times, and waiting in your car till your pracitioner is ready to reduce foot traffic in waiting rooms.
- No linen used, please bring your own towel.
We kindly ask you to call and reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply:
- You have or recently had flu or flu-like symptoms (sore throat, fever, cough), even if you suspect it is a common cold.
- You have recently been in contact with someone who has flu-like symptoms.
- If you have travelled overseas within the last 14 days of your scheduled appointment.
- You have been in contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The above also applies to our staff, so we ask for your understanding if there are disruptions to your appointment and we need to reschedule or change your practitioner on short notice.
If you have any queries regarding COVID-19 please contact the government helpline 1800 020 080 or website link below.
