
DR KATE MURPHY
Osteopath
With over 22 years in private practice since graduating from Victoria University, Kate employs a holistic, whole-body approach to treatment. She utilizes a diverse range of hands-on techniques, including soft-tissue release, joint mobilization, and gentle osteopathic methods like cranial treatment. Kate is passionate about treating individuals across all stages of life, from newborns and children to pregnant individuals and the elderly. She has also extensively trained in Biodynamic Osteopathy, completing phases 1-8 of the curriculum.
Kate is a certified mat and equipment Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She frequently integrates Pilates into her treatment and rehabilitation plans and also enjoys leading small group Pilates classes at the clinic.
Outside of her clinical work, Kate enjoys exploring the Mornington Peninsula with her husband and two daughters.
