Is Osteopathy available on Medicare?

Osteopathic services may be available for a limited number of treatments per year under Medicare Allied Health Initiative Enhanced Primary Care Plan.  This may be available to you if you have a chronic condition (usually one that has persisted for 6 months or more) and have a GP referral.   Medicare rebates are also available for spinal x-rays ordered by your Osteopath.
